Programmes: Programme purchases are non-refundable once confirmed. Missed sessions, non-attendance, or unused access do not qualify for a refund.
Shirts: Shirts may be returned for refund or exchange within 3 calendar days of receipt if unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with proof of purchase.
Other shop items: Physical items are reviewed case by case within 3 calendar days and must be unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in original condition.
Faulty or wrong items: Contact us within 3 calendar days with order details and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where valid.
Final sale items: Digital products, downloaded materials, completed services, custom orders, and discounted clearance items are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
